When you place your order, 5-7 days are necessary to embroider and to send your order.

After it is sent, these are the approximate shipping times for your order to arrive :

• within France : 2-7 days
• within the european union : 7-14 days
• outside the european union : 10-25 days depending on your location

If you want to return your order, you will need to send a request to heroicaee@gmail.com with your order number, and follow the instructions that you will be given to make your return. Returns shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Once your order has been returned you will be refunded within 15 days.
